Naturall Plants

Powder coating systems using the Naturall system differ from other types of finishes that use the sublimation process.

This is because it only utilizes exclusively polyester powders for the first and second layers of coating, which, in addition to having greater resistance than other similar products obtained by different processes, recreate flawlessly the effect of different surfaces, such as different types of wood, and granite, marble and carbon.

Different effects and colors are available to reproduce the most common effects of different types of wood, down to the most minute details such as knots, grains or streaks. Finishes, on the other hand, vary from extremely smooth to rough surfaces with glossy or matte finishes.

Resistance and flawless reproduction of different surfaces meet in a perfect fusion of beauty and durability

The advantages of Naturall plants are several:

  • Easily manageable, as they require limited space;
  • They ensure a consistent and uniform wood effect on all profiles;
  • Possibility of producing thick profiles and thin profiles at the same time;
  • Flat sheets up to 1.25 meters wide can be painted with the same equipment;
  • They ensure greater efficiency and high standards for a flawless end result.
