To perform anodic oxidation, Oxidal Bagno does the preliminary treatment, then proceeds with anodizing, coloring and fixing, using sulfuric acid and large-scale equipment.

/Oxidation

Oxidal Bagno performs anodic oxidation using sulfuric acid, the most widely used type of anodic oxidation for architectural use.

The treatment involves immersing the material in a tank containing a sulfuric acid solution, connected to the positive pole (anode) of a direct current generator.
The treatment is carried out thanks to plants that have tanks with a useful length of 14 mt x 2 mt in height, among the largest in Europe.
The process carried out by Oxidal Bagno involves 4 different steps:
1. Preliminary treatment of the aluminum
2. Anodizing of the aluminum
3. Coloring of the aluminum
4. Fixing of the aluminum
